This was a game between two scrubby diamond players who both made many mistakes with all-in rushes.
Game Description (much more fun to watch however)
+ Show Spoiler +
When I scouted him, I immediately assumed that he was going to 4rax all-in me, so I began harassing his building scvs. Some way or another, I managed to kill 3, which would cripple his rush. I decided to make a forge early, and made some horribly early cannons that eventually kept me safe. So he comes at me with his marines from 3 barracks, and loses 2 to cannons before he can run off of my ramp. I figured that he was going to scv all-in me, so I thought that I was much farther ahead than I really was (if I was at all). Anyways, I assumed that he would expand since he saw 3 cannons of mine, so I prepared for a 2 colloxen w/o thermal lance attack.
Once I saw the expansion come down, I figured that it would be an all-in on my part and I'd have to kill a large amount of scvs if not kill him straight outright to win. So I went with my push and killed a decent amount of scvs before losing everything but 1 collosus. The micro here was absolutely terrible on both ends. So now I'm a bit worried, but I've still got a few units and a collosus, and more colloxen being produced. I scouted him again a bit later to get a feel for his army, and I saw one viking, so I figured that I had to push quickly before my colloxen could be countered.
Again after some terrible micro, I lost everything, and I had just 2 zealots representing the entirety of my army. Now I was very scared, and when I saw his battle cry, I pulled all of my probes from both of my bases to defend the front. I lost my collosus down on the low ground, and all of my probes. Now one collosus had popped out of my robo, and I managed to hold off his army with the help of a round of sentries warped in (I had a lot of gas and no minerals). His vikings were homed in on my collosus, and it escaped with just 14hp remaining as the sentries took down the vikings.
Luckily during this time, I had a third nexus that he had not spotted, though it had very few probes. I slowly replenished my probe supply with that nexus, and I managed to survive for a while longer. During this time, the terran sent what scvs he had remaining to go back and mine. Eventually he found my not really hidden nexus, but by that time I had enough to kill his small marine and marauder force. After that, I pushed into his base and finished him off. I would have lost the game easily if a viking had got off just one more shot.
Please watch and enjoy this hilarious and poorly executed game :D
