A bungee is good at making sure your mouse always moves at the same speed as well as stopping the cord from being caught on things. In my opinion they are a great investment. I own the Korean Mouse Bungee (not sure of the brand). I got it from eBay for around $10-15 USD. | ||

But that is now: in the past, I was competitively playing FPS games and used a pretty low sensitivity. I suspect the mouse bungee would not have worked very well for the swipes I did (something like 25 cm = 10 inch). At that time, I put the cable into a big loop and put a weight on it. That was fine, too, but needed a lot of free space on the table above the mouse pad. | ||

I was gonna link you to the website I ordered mine but apparently they are part of Razer now and it does not look like you can order them yet. Use ebay like the other guy said. | ||
