Download :

Office XP Tool: Korean Language Pack
Office XP Tool: Global IME (Korean)

Run both applications. The files will be installed to your computer.

Then go to Settings > Control Panel > Date, Time, Language and Regional Options, and choose to add a new language.
Add Korean.

VOILA YOU GOT IT!!! xDDD
