I applaud your facial hair efforts, but I'd wait until you're really ready before you try to grow some. That seems like pretty weak coverage. For years I thought I wouldn't be able to grow facial hair before I was 30, but it comes in pretty well now when I don't shave for awhile. They say shaving makes it grow out thicker, so the more you shave, the more you'll actually have a mustache worth growing out.
