It very easily could be an option you can adjust in the main menu under the Battle.net tab, you can choose white-listing or black-listing. ezpz. However, not to be an idiotic troll, if Blizzard continues to focus on unimportant things and ignores some very present issues, this will probably take a while to do. If bnet bans everyone who abuses someone else with legitimate reason (not being after losing a game and the guy PMs you to rage at you - thats ok :p) People will stop sending SHIT. Lalush +1 .
