Went to USC today. Really liked the college. I did the whole meetUSC thing, which was pretty cool. First looked at an admissions presentation/sales pitch. The whole thing was overdone, but so it has been at literally every college so far. Next part was the tour, which was professional nad nice, but the big thing was i really loved the campus atmosphere, even keeping in mind you're surrounded by a not so great are of LA. We walked around for an hour and a half (even though I got thoroughly confused) I preferred the campus to all of them but UCLA. It was a nice atmosphere and all, and I am now 100% certain that I will be applying. We also went into some labs at Viterbi which were awesome, and I really liked how well they integrate majors and minors. Really great experience, except for the cost which is really high. Hopefully I Can get some scholarships/aid to help alleviate that issue.
e like However, it could really come in handy to have better access to internships and job opportunities than the generic UC student. My cousin ended up landing his job at JBL (where he is now a VP) but in any case, it's a great university, but the cost sucks, and I"m not that sure I'll get in. Although it's not unlikely at all.

Cressida: Well, my car is going to be 1986 Toyota Cressida. Stationwagon. In Brown. Hell yeah. Here are some pictures.

So the cruise control isn't working right now, and the driver side door is screwed up but it only has 60,000 miles, and good handling and horsepower. And reliability. And some really really strange luxury features, that are just weird, that i can't remember atm lol. When we get home I"ll need to wax it and try to pry off all the stuff that was stuck to it. Also ought to remove some super awkward religious republican bumper stickers. But with 200HP compared to my other potential cars 96 I won't complain. It even gets like 28 mpg, which isn't that bad. (Plus, it's so old it's sort of cool at my school, because nobody has ever seen anything like it before)

2 things:

-it's viterbi, not vitterbi
-with your PSAT score (NM) you will automatically get a half-tuition scholarship which is renewable for all 4 years and with your stats you are probably a decent candidate for trustee (full-tuition)

glad to see you liked the campus. when i first saw UCLA's campus i was really impressed and i liked it more than USCs. however i really came to appreciate how flat the campus is when i was running across campus, late for class lol.

Meh, not sure about trustee >.> Although ideally I"d get 50%.

Even my mom, UCLA alum, had to admit that the flat campus was really nice.
