Major upset was caused in the online gaming world earlier today, when Swedish star player Jonathan Walsh, also known als Jinro from the well known professional gaming team TLAF-TeamLiquid, announced his retirement from professional StarCraft 2 gaming. In a quickly scheduled press conference, the western top player stated that he grew tired of the game. Walsh said he wants to continue competing in different online games in order to continue to entertain his countless groupies. His new coup is a contract with NEXON and JCE, for which he will promote and play the online football game Freestyle Football.
"That's it, I'm done with this game. Esports in the western world isn't going anywhere, anyway. It's not like there are western tournaments with hundreds of thousands of Dollars on the way, so there is no point in trying to continue the effort of boosting online games in Europe or North America. Football, on the other hand is popular in every corner of the world. Deal with it, I'm Swedish." However, he did not rule out a comeback: "Maybe I'll come back in a few years, and then I will jinroll everyone just for the lulz."
The 'Gorilla Terran' does not feel that he is leaving a big hole in the SC2 community: "Min Chul is there to entertain you guys. And I think he is quite happy, because now that I am gone, there is no one that can really challenge him on his way to his next 10 consecutive GSL wins. Also, I sent Idra a voucher coupon for 6 hours of coaching with Actionjesuz, so he can learn how to 6pool me properly next time."

Well thisisgame.com had a tiny 80x80 pic with that football player on the front page, I thought they were featuring Jinro (you know, PlayXP reported about that lookalike thing once). That's why I clicked on that article in the first place :p

im not sorry now ... i laughed alot when i found out this is fake .. when i posted in starcraft general and general forum that jinro has quit sc2 plz talk abt it and make him come back
It happened because of my lack of good english since im asian and english is second language ... i didnot know what a blog is ..
So when i read it i couldnot believe it and made 2 posts ... I WAS SO ANGRY AT EVERYONE THAT they WERE not TALKING abt it because i thought this is real and everyone thought that ok jinro is gone so be it .. that is weird but im just too not mature .... What i thought abt ur blog post is liike what the hell is this why would jinro write it ... so i thought that jinro suddenly became a bad mannered person because he is leaving starcraft 2 and he showed off a little too by saying that only jinro can beat MC and idra six pooled him and that actionjesuz thing and the poker thing came in my mind that he was a poker player before ,.... so he wants alot of money
BUt now im so relieved that this is all fake.. It was weird .. i thought its real but every 1 started laughing at me ... so in no i asked my big bro the meaning of a blog .. he said its random stuff that people post (though he told me in a non -english language) .... so this is what u made me go throught bad boy..

No, this is not real. On the day before, Jinro played in a clan war of MvP against Hyper under the ID of JinroMvP, but as HyperClan lacks players, Jinro played AGAINST the MvP clan. Proof:
