As far as his art goes, "Eye" is my aesthetic favorite, but "Cycle" is his most poignant piece. A masterful combination of artistic skill and social commentary, it speaks to me of our individual yearnings for significance and uniqueness that get folded meekly into the pattern of culture. We try so hard to stand out, but we were nonetheless similar in our beginnings, and so similar in our endings. | ||
