Today is Tuesday, January 25th, 2011. More importantly, today is the last day I spend in Wisconsin where I have lived for about 15 years.

I started typing that and I was in a pretty gloomy mood. I had applied for the GOMtv Foreigner house in Seoul and had yet to hear any news about whether or not I got in. I thought I was going to have to stay in a really ghetto apartment alone and do what I could to find friends/practice buddies... But I got the impulse to check my email and guess what? I GOT IN!
After numerous training sessions spanning well over 12 hours it has finally paid off and I have a secure place to stay for my time in Korea.
Tomorrow I fly out to San Francisco where I get to spend a day on the beaches studying my little basic Korean book. It's all in wait of my important flight to Seoul to begin my gaming career!
I'm just ecstatic right now and am really excited to go to Korea ASAP to start practicing and improving on every aspect of my play. Thank you SO MUCH GOMtv, I'm normally an extremely pessimistic person because I just always feel like things never really go my way. But not this time, GOMtv really came through for me and gave me an olive branch to climb on my way to the top!
It's going to be awesome training with other guys and learning the game to the best of my ability, I take this game very seriously but still have fun with it.
This time I spend in Korea will definitely be some of the best times in my life to remember. Thanks to GOMtv!
