 Hawtdawg! with no grease. buy some sausages and roast them in the oven, wrap'em in bread for a low-oil, tasty snack. Sounds like you want tasty, so just avoid the oil and get some meat. Meat always helps | ||

It is my ultimate comfort/ getting better from a sickness food, but if you need something that doesn't require any effort at all, I swear by Ensure for some strange reason. It give you quite a bit of energy and actually make you feel a little bit full. However, I don't know how your stomach would react to a dairy product. Also, many people seem to hate that stuff, but I basically chug one every day lol. | ||
