Happy New Years, and Mah Mouse!

So New Years, it's 2011 I'm happy, and tired. Staying up intil past midnight is not something I enjoy doing just because if I do, my friend will start singing.

"It's two in the mornnnninnng!"

Made me want to hurt him.. -.-

Anyways, I've been on the hunt for a new mouse for awhile, just considering, if I should really get a bigger mouse.
Mostly because, this:

is my mouse. I was really just wondering, am I gonna hurt my wrist in anyway by using a mini mouse (!) That my hand doesn't fit on at all? I have to use just a little bit of my fingers to hold it and my wrist to flick it around pretty much, and the palm of my hand normally just is on the mousepad to give me some grip so I don't throw my mouse. I actually quite like the mouse though. Still just wondering about my hand though, it's not getting sore or anything, but I want to be sure.

Anyone have any ideas. And again, Happy 2011! Hope you all have a good year ahead of you.

I've been using a Logitech MX518 for a couple of years, when I hold it with my palm and relax my fingers, they kinda hang off the edge of the buttons, quite comfortable for lazy browsing, but for gaming I tend to naturally shift to a finger grip and keep my wrist still on a gel pad.

I've now changed to a Razer Deathadder (MX518 broke down :'( ), quite similar feel to it, perhaps a tad longer. And it has a glowing mousewheel and logo wich kinda annoys me.

Overall, I'm very happy with both of them.

You can disable the glows with the death adder driver.
