Thank you all for the great respone!
I am typing this from under my mosquito net in Nigeria where I am currently staying for work. Great to see more people adding stuff!

Here are some answeres to questions I read:

- I am 26 next May
- My dad grew up in Canada (around 10 years) before he moved to England, he lives in Norway now. Not sure if he can help me with healthcare info.
- I could afford a car, but I`m not sure if it`s worth the hassle (parking space, gas, repairs etc.) I would prefer living downtown in a small apartment.
- I learned avoiding fights growing up in Switzerland and in various other places, so I am not worried about Surrey. The trick is to not look like a victim or try to act tough if you are clearly not. And if all else fails -> run or if that isn`t an option -> kick to the balls. If I fight, I fight to survive and nothing else, so all rules fly out the window.

I don`t need to pay triple for VFS since I have a Canadian passport. So no problem there.
Thanks for asking your friend about the Game Desing program! I am glad to hear a quote from someone who has actually been there. I am aware it won`t be easy and I only get out of it what I put in. And the whole point of moving there and attending that school is to go All-In :D so that should work out fine.

I was in Vancouver a few months back and if I remember correctly I was in the Roxxy nightclub. I remember a random hot girl came up to me and kissed me, before wanderin off... so from that experience I can say the nightlife scene is already much much better then in Switzerland :D
Picking up girls at a gay club is a good idea, since the straight male competition is low. I`ll look into that. My cousin is around my age and lives in Vancouver, so It should be easy to hang out with him or his friends if I don`t meet anyone else at school
