Hell even if the prize money was just half of GSL, that would still shock me compared to the prize money of these other tournaments in NA.

Also I hope you aren't misunderstanding the Code A GSL system, it doesn't mean that ONLY 4 foreigners can attend but that 4 spots are guaranteed for foreigners. At least that's how I understood it.
