It sounds like you don't have a headset. Are you using the built in mic on your laptop? You can hear your keyboard presses which is kind of annoying. Other than that, great cast!

Ohh, no, I have a headset - but it is EXTREMELY sensitive. It will often pick up noises in far away places in the house, my dog in the backyard (far away) and the flies trying to munch on my casting snacks...
I have tried messing with the mic sensitivity and volume, and while it has helped with some of the ambient sounds, I can't seem to get it to not catch my keystrokes... I also may have the loudest keyboard on the planet, and very heavy fingers - so those two factors do not help the situation...
*sigh*...

I would assume the user was warned because the post added nothing to the discussion and was essentially a one liner (or maybe the admin just hates the source that he was referencing ;]).
On a more related note~ that was a fun replay, thanks for sharing/casting. I wish all my probes were so useful.

DT guy should have camped the pylon with one DT while shields regened and scouted with one. Well I guess during those games sometimes its difficult to think straight!

OT: The sound just seems a little bit.. echo-y. It might just be a problem with the quality of the mic, which I wouldn't blame you for as not everyone has a couple hundred bucks to shell out on a studio mic and a soundproof environment.
As for the key noises, I would suggest recording the screen first, then going back and adding your audio later. This would take some extra planning, but I believe several casters do this (HD for sure).
