Gravity would still pull the guy down, even if he was being pushed sideways by the fire extinguisher. In order to maintain a level flight there would have be be some upward force -- look at exhaust spewing upwards (i.e. would be pushing down if anything). Look at how much movement there is from the other people -- gravity would play a roll in that time frame. Not to mention balance issues... when was the last time you saw a rocket shaped like a dude sitting on a fire extinguisher? I sure hope I wasn't communally trolled! Back to the video people! enjoy it!

The long video which shows the rear angle seems to show the vest being tampered with as if by some wire. I'm not sure how it would work and the quality is too low to tell for sure.

I've used a fire extinguisher... it has less power than a garden hose... no way it makes sense. I'd eat my beard if this video is real...

Train has to be accelerating (which it was as you can see, those guys walked in and immediately rushed to that fire extinguisher not to waste time), otherwise you won't be moving horizontally. The fire extinguisher itself was possibly customized but the video is not a fluke. From what I can gather this was done by some stunt group a-la jackass in Russia.

Is there a second hole on the bottom pushing him up? Even if he jumped he stay in the air for less than half a second, and as you can clearly see he puts his legs up and rides it a good 5 feet or so. Also the train isn't accelerating quickly enough for him to fly that far even if he did manage to stay in the air.

I assume that fire extinguisher provided enough output to achieve that combined with the train acceleration. All we know it could have been modified, not an actual extinguisher but something else.

![]() And the reaction of passenger is understandable: these dumbfucks make it very loud in the train. Watch the video tho.

For that to actually work the train would have to accelerate in one quick burst and then retain the new speed all in a fraction of a second. If one assumes the train was accelerating normally for such an extended period of time... and still caused the guy to fly like that... the train would have to be going pretty quickly... and that is an understatement. Oh yeah and you'll need a magic fire extinguisher. + Show Spoiler + ![]() ![]() Obviously (to anyone who has taken a physics course or has basic common sense) there is a bit more to it. I'd like to pretend that TL is largely clean of trolls, but there are a few weeds in the harvest here.
