Hey! I've had problems with pain in my wrist. I don't feel any pain at all, if i am wearing hoodie while playing, but playing with t-shirt on makes me feel pain on my both hands (I think). We have pretty hard wooden table and my mousepad is SteelSeries Qcx mini.

Help meh plz! ^^

put padding where your wrists are touching the table?
i don't see how this is a hard problem to solve

I used to get immense wrist pains if I played for 5+ hours...

from the little information that you gave, it sounds like you are just putting repetitive stress on your wrist. I would suggest stretching your wrists every few games by holding out your arm and pulling back on your fingers to the point where you feel it in your wrist, then hold it for 10-15 seconds. do this for both of your hands every few games. That and/or take a break for a day and do something else.

Woah, thx. I sometimes get feeling that I'm pushing my wrist towards the table for some random reason. I gotta test this out tomorrow =). I actually don't play on Fridays so I already have my break day---- Anyone else have more tips/tricks?

Hold your hand on top of the mouse pad .
Adjust your seat so that you don't touch the table too hard with your hands.

When you're just browsing it's not too important how you position yourself. But you have to get into good habits if you're doing some intensive gaming (crazy high APM madman or just for a long time).

It kind of depends on your chair/desk set-up but aside from the obvious things like 'sit up straight' you can try not resting your arms/wrist on the surface, it should put less strain on your wrist but you might get tired if you're not used to it.

Usually pain is a sign that you're doing it wrong, so just try change it.

Don't play for maybe 3 days. See if the pain subsides. If it doesn't, see a doctor. It should usually be gone by the second day. Never risk your health. It may be because your wrist is leaning on the edge of the table. It can cut into your veins and could be the problem. Simply rest it, and if this is the problem, buy a wrist rest. Players avoid this by sitting higher with a better posture, or moving the edge of their mousepad over the ledge to soften the digging. I experience this on my mouse hand. My keyboard has a natural wrist rest, and I've never had this pain on that hand.

Dont play for a day or 2... or just play limited, when you do make sure its for small amounts of time. You could have stretched something. As long as you give it a little time to heal you should be fine soon.

If your mouse and keyboard are kinda high that might be the problem. Try sitting higher or lower their positions if possible. I had pain in my keyboard wrist, which went away after adjusting my chair.
