Over a hundred posts late. I have probably 50 useful posts on this site which is a tragedy, so I figured I'd try to make up for some of my errors.
I've lurked TL for a long time and really got into starcraft when JulyZerg 5pool/dronedrilled Best. I am a diehard Jaedong fan and his games in the wcg final v flash were incredible. They made me realize how much more exciting bw is for me today than sc2. I can't wait for PL to start back up and I hope that it never dies. Maybe they could do a best of 7 where the odd sets are sc2 and the evens are bw. Sc2 will eventually be even better, but the amazing display that Jaedong and Flash put on was a long time in the making. If you missed MightyAtom's blog series on being a jet setting professional, you missed out. I once got banned for arguing with Fanatacist. Fakesteve's Crotchmaster rap isn't the best post on TL, but when put to song, I could listen to it for hours. VGI-Cow is underappreciated these days, as is sonuvbob. I do research on cheese for a living, crazy huh. It is way cooler than you think. I almost became a math teacher, if you ever need help on math, physics or food anything, PM me, I'd be glad to help. I tutor for free during the week, but this year I am only helping 2 kids so I have a little time to help. Teachers need more love. On the daily show the other night, the moment of zen was a news guy saying something like "if you think teachers need to work harder to get kids to learn, watch the Jersey Shore and ask yourself, " what teacher could reach any one of these kids?"" Parenting is way more important than teachers anyway. There have been a bunch of blogs about how college profs suck. Sure, they don't always have tons of time for you specifically, but that is just one of the challenges of college. Be resourceful! I play guitar when I can, but I suck. If anyone is any good at blues guitar and could let me know what helped them out the most, I would be most grateful. Same goes for French. I use french at work, but I am terrible. If anyone wants to have some strange e-correspondence if french with me, that would be cool. I ran my first marathon 3 weeks ago and am going to do another one in 1 week in Wisconsin Dells. I would like to someday qualify for the Boston Marathon, but it is easier said than done. I love those threads where forum stars answer everyone's questions about themselves. I am nothing close to that, but wouldn't mind sharing a few things about myself, so if you want ask away. If you haven't joined the Last.Fm teamliquid group, you should straight-away. Esp. if you are still using pandora. I love the foo Fighters even though dave grohl can be not the easiest person to like. If I could sing like Chris Cornell for even one day, I would win my gf's heart. I was a bad zerg player in bw and now I play zerg on the bronze ladder. I am a silver level terran, but I don't enjoy it nearly as much. People complain about cheese in the low leagues, but to me it is fun. I am not an aspiring player so if we don't reach the late game and I can't practice my macro it doesn't bother me. I enjoy winning an average game just as much as I enjoy losing while trying to sneak a Nydus into my opponents natural because the one time it works, I smile the rest of the day. I play way too much CS source for my own good. Maybe I should delete it and just play more sc2. I hope we get to know more of the players in the GSL and that the games become available for free at some point. If I had had to pay to watch bw vods, I never have gotten into starcraft beyond playing a little iccup here and there. I just googled trezeguet23 and the one on myspace is not me.
This blog is too long, but whatever. I need to make a dish for a cookout this weekend, does anyone have any non meat related favorite recipes?
Thanks to everyone who has ever posted on this site. Sure the moderators/translators/liquipedia dudes are awesome, but for every one of them, there is a dustbowl who will make us consider the mystery of the toilet seat and what the cleaning lady does with it. Or a creamcorn who helps you make sure to never miss another TL calander event.

That bo7 bw/sc2 thing is a new idea, but i really hope sc2 and bw stay separate. But if they do have to negotiate and this thing becomes real, i hope the bw games will be the odd number/set ones, so ace matches are bw, and there will be more bw games

1. Bisu is pretty good at the game and that's how he felt, my jaw touched the floor.
2. I realized that I didn't really love the higher level math classes. I was doing fine in them, but I really had a passion for chemistry and bacteriology. I am always looking for ways to help others out which is one of the reasons I wanted to be a teacher. There was a blog the other day about being a math teacher where some of the guy's reasons for being a math teacher really rang true for me. I always found math easy and I know lots of people don't find it so. I am almost hurt when people say math is dumb because they struggle with it, so I still want to help people really understand it and succeed at it. I am a food scientist for a large specialty cheese company working to improve our formulas, better understand molds and bacteria and a lot of other things.

I agree with you but it doesn't seem as reasonable. I hope that if it comes to the end of BW, that instead of getting rid of it, they move to incorporate it instead.

Yeah, I would definitely rather have some bw, than no bw. But I still have hope bw will go on forever. What I think may happen is, people in korea will see sc2, and after a while, they'll get bored of it since its not as good a spectator sport as bw, and a lot of the people will switch back to bw. I hope the players see this too, and more kids play bw.
I'm not expecting much of this to happen, but I can still hope

Wow, I really enjoyed that, it a corny sort of way. One of the kids I'm tutoring right now refuses to do any homework until we have talked about video games for a full 10 minutes. I work for free and to be honest, I help him more with life than I do with math. The other kid's sister just died at the age of 14. How is a kid supposed to do well in school when his sister just died. He was given a week off, but then he was just a week behind and in no mood to catch up.

Definitely. I have a student currently who lost his father a few years ago and is still very affected by it (obviously). It really shows in how he is and performs as a student. It's difficult to help the student through that. For example he comes in late to first period every day which is apparently a step up from how he used to not come to school most of the time a couple of years ago D:
