EPT#1 Slightly NSFW Katy Perry Compilation: Due to the success of the Katy Perry Elmo gif sitting somewhere in the SFW picture forum, I'm sharing this compilation of KP's... assets? #2 Longer Shadows, Shorter Days by Raised by Swans: A very mellow indie rock band from Canada, these guys have a small but devout following. Nothing especially unique or "out there" but very easy to listen to. This single is particularly good and an excellent night driving track. "By an Ion" is another excellent song from their album "No Ghostless Place". Check it out if you have time.
#3 Homemade Spacecraft: This guy definitely should get a "dad of the year" award. What kid doesn't dream of exploring space? Our amateur astronomers hook up a camera and an iphone to a balloon and float it off. Very neat stuff.

#4 The most stupidly addicting game: I'm pretty sure this game is years old but holy crap I just found it again and started playing. The concept is quite frankly simple and I don't know how I've sunk so many hours into this. Try to beat my high score of 219,890. I'm sure you broodwar folks can manage easily.
#5 Mark Ryden Art: Another neat artist who achieved some fame through the interwebs. Pretty awesome for painting weird fucked up shit. He does have a store and a gallery if you are at all interested.

#6 New Years by Ohbijou: Now for some slightly girlier shit, also from Ontario Canada no less. Ohbijou has an awesome unique sound combining all sorts of (bass, violin, banjo, mandolin etc...). Definitely not for everyone, but totally worth a listen for the open minded.
#7 How Ink is Made: I personally just assumed some giant machine just goops out ink by the barrel. Apparently I'm wrong. Nice to see people who are passionate about their line of work, and a lot of work does go into making ink (apparently). Surprisingly calming video. Make sure to watch in 1080p for maximum goodness.
#7 A Gentleman's Duel (Animated Short): This video is mad old but I can imagine some people haven't seen it yet. Randomly dug it up while putting this list together and still great for a laugh. Great animation work with an even better story.
#8 Mad Sick Photoshops: Erik Johansson is a photoshop master and his deviantart gallery is an excellent showcase of his skill. Enough said.

#9 Pierre Van Dormael - Mr Nobody: I haven't seen the film Mr. Nobody yet but I've only heard good things. What I do know is that this song from the sound track is awesome. Chill acoustic to put you to sleep.
#10 My Desktop for October: Mmm. I don't know anything about Mischa Barton as an actress but boy is she ever a cutie in this picture.
