So its been 3 months since i played sc2 and Im going to start playing again tomorrow. The problem is that Im at a lost of which race to play. Back in sc1 I played Zerg and liked the style of defending with the bare minimum and then pumping out a huge force. Tho i have to admit zerg doesn't seem as fun as it use to be in sc1. During sc1 beta i played exclusively protoss. Protoss were just really easy to get into and most of the units seemed really cool. However i found that most of the games i played i would either 3 gate expand or voidray rush  . It got kinda boring after awhile. Now that only leaves Terran which i admit i think looks very fun. I played them very little is sc2 but the shear variety of what they can do seems fun as hell. The only thing holding me back from playing terran is the fact that morrow said zerg was more fun(or something like that) and the fact that i haven't gave zerg a real chance in sc2. They just seem very inflexible. Tho i heard Cools games are incredibly awesome im afraid i missed it :/. So What do you think is the most fun race and why? I really need more sources of info before I pick

personally I feel protoss is the most fun cuz I've always like noble aliens, I don't wanna be human in a game since i'm human in real life (maybe) and I don't like being evil so zerg wasn't my thing.
protoss is arguably imbalanced in korea so thats always good to have up you're sleeve.

Just watch some pro replays of every race and pick the race that awes you the most after that.

Yes i know i can just play them them all in ladder but this isnt about that. Whats the matter of getting others opinion on a subject?

I was thinking of doing random just to keep things fresh . But man I have no idea how to play terran and the losing streak will be nasty

I'm not trolling here when I say that literally the only thing you have to do is make marauders and medivacs. in all matchups.
if you think you have no idea to play terran, just brainstorm something ridiculous in your head during the loading screen and it's automatically viable.

Actually, I'm surprised that people don't pick Terran. I think they are the funnest race since they are human and the most diverse. They have nukes, banshee, ravens, reapers, hellions, ghosts, vikings, etc.

Im mostly playing P,
sometimes... well now a lot playing Z (maybe my best race)
but when i started to play a little bit T it was fun and its such a creative race i mean u can do whatever you want to do and it counters everything and you can even masturbate cause "everyone knows that you can play T with one hand"
Not rly dont take me wrong T is fun to play i love offensive bunkers and supplies / turrets, love cloud fist build and even if you are nub T player u can do well : )

Zerg shouldn't just be fun just because cool played. I think terran or toss is way more fun because they can do so many other things and have more units

Exactly the fun in terran seems to be their diversity. Tho i would Intentionally avoid going standard mass marauder :/

Zerg is most fun for me, then P then T. I dunno why, I just find the Terran playstyle to be super boring.

my ass zerg is the funnest.
For funnest matchup I think PvZ with mass blinking stalkers and PvT is ok. PvP is terrible but overall I think protoss. The greatest thing about ladder though is you hit a ton of protoss until the top of the ladder where you get vT

While my Zerg play is actually really good, as well as my Toss play, my Terran play just plain sucks and is way beyond my other races.
And Terran isnt as easy at it seems

Why do people think zerg is more fun? when i play zerg i play more macro oriented, but when i play terran i can do weird micro stuff with reapers/hellions/dropship/ghosts/thors etc etc pretty much every terran unit.

Maybe they like to play macro-oriented games instead of the right click, shoot, right click, shoot terran"micro".
Also i think terran is the best when you go to macro games its really fun if the game is long enough.

Protoss! Warp in macro is fun because you can put pylons all over the map and have reinforcements wherever you want them.
Cliff walking colossi and blink stalkers are the two funnest units in the game as well
