I have a rolodex of jokes that I keep alongside my computer. When he had mentioned artosis the "wait wait wait" was me filing through my 16 inch thick artosis section.

I don't know what Inc really meant by it but my interpretation is that wherever Artosis is there's someone shining brighter than him. There's Artosis and Idra, Artosis and Tasteless, etc.
I guess the exception being Artosis and Gentho. He was the sun during Ascension and Gentho was the spongy plant that grows in damp areas

I think he meant, no matter how toad-like or jewish or weak-jointed Artosis might APPEAR to be, he will always steer you in the right direction, and he will always be there for you. It's very endearing.
