Seriously, this is nothing to be that angry about. It's not like they're randomly bitching at you because they were stressed at work or putting up outrageous rules. You need to man up and set your priorities straight. Trust me, the relationship with your parents is the most important thing at that age.

If you want your parents to slacken a bit however, just start acting more mature. Start working harder in school, help out around the house, actually talk with them and not just when they talk to you, etc. HINT: It makes you more dependable in their eyes.

Edit: Oh and obviously talk to them about problems you have with them but don't end it fussing about it.

Sit down with them, be serious, dont yell. And say nicely. something in the lines of "hello my parents, i love you, and i respect you. and i humbly ask you to give me trust that i can take care of myself, my studies in my own way. please lend me your trust and let me proove to you that i am growing up to be an independent individual. Let me go to the match and come back as soon as its over and ill show you my greatest thanks" or something. Maybe not that sappy. but you know, talk with them seriously. no yelling, for example, "Youre so stupid, why would u think ill miss school cause i go to bed 2 hours later? you suck!" give them respect, and ask for some in return.
