how do you know if its in the same ball park or not? logically to me right now it wouldnt bother me if somebody touched my peepee but it would bother me if someone pranked me like that. But this isnt logically and this isnt me. And it isn't you. So you do have no ability to know how it makes a child feel. This is the on the highest level of fucked up where there are no smaller scales to measure fucked up by. The only difference is if youve been molested people will help you. If THIS fucks you up people will tell you to get over yourself and laugh at you.
