Maybe I should have mentioned this first. I wasn't expecting anyone to actually read it so quickly, let alone comment.
As I started out playing SC2, (after playing random until I finally settled on protoss) I kept a notebook filled with little thoughts and observations to help me actually grow as a player. So rather than type out an essay for every newbie who asks for help here or on the official forums, I decided to compile them all in one place online.
They range from incredibly obvious and/or mundane (like the first one), to incredibly in-depth (2 pages on blink-stalkers). But they're all things that I learned from my wins and losses as a humble gold-league player. So I just wanted to commit them to the great void that is the internet, in hopes that maybe someone will find them useful, and I will be successful in procrastinating a tiny bit more.
But if there's moderators going to instantly shut down entries, maybe I'll just move to blogspot. >.>

So wait, are you going to post your notes to your blog or something?
|
Yeah, that was the idea. One blog entry for each numbered entry (and its sub-entries/updates) in my notebook. I didn't expect the TL blogs to basically function as another forum, however. I was expecting it to stay unnoticed until I actually bothered to link people to it. I'm not sure that this will actually be the best venue for such a thing.

I doubt it would have gotten closed if you had actually put a decent amount of writing into it. If your entries really are that short, you could have put a few different entries into each blog post.

Lol, I'm a gold player and I'm basically doing the exact same thing, I like to think of it as my Starcraft playbook (kind of like in football). I bought a little book and I've written build orders and notes next to them for scouting and proper counters. It's actually a really useful tool, and although I'm not using it as much it seems to really help get it into my head.
Anyone know if progamers do something similar?
