And I didn't know you were really stingy about making it NYU only... oh well, good luck then. *Edit* Plus, it seems to me that a lot of schools are short of members, where there's 1 or 2 here and there. If other schools are like that and the schools are nearby, why not just have a joint team? I don't get what you're saying... | ||

We've tried the mercenary rule, but in general we don't want to compromise the "Collegiate" in CSL. When you play for your team, we're hoping that you're representing your school and trying to grow that collegiate pride/rivalry feeling of collegiate sports. Regional SL is something that the state/regional (NAPL? can't remember the acronym) did a good job with, which I hope someone starts up for those people who want regional team play. | ||

a) some people were too good when they played for other schools before b) the organizers (mostly xeris) have ridiculously overblown ideas of collegiate team pride and where the whole organization (or should i say, BUSINESS) is going from what i hear >> | ||
