UC Riverside Starcraft 2 Team
Hi everyone! my name is Jordan "JiYan" Lee and for those of you who don't know me, i'll be managing the Starcraft 2 team for University of California, Riverside.
In the past we have had a lot of success in the collegiate starleague (http://www.cstarleague.com/)and I hope to build upon that starting this year in Starcraft 2. You don't have to be the best, you don't have to suck. ALL skill levels, all majors, all genders, all ethnicities... EVERYONE is welcome on the UCR Starcraft 2 team. The only requirement is that you are a fan of Starcraft. Even if you are just a spectator we would love to have you with us. So if you're up for some fun college vs college action or just want to have some fun with other UCR Starcraft players, sign up here, PM me, or contact me at one of these places in order of my preference:

Please only sign up if you really want to be a part of this. you can sign up whenever so you can take your time if you need to think about it but the sooner the better. I know many of you have already approached me regarding the UCR Team.. well.. now's the time we get things going :D

sucks alot. Its just that if they let you join, then the dozens of colleges in the LA area would be allowed to join the UCLA team or USC team, its just not fair to other colleges.

lol. I think you could do that; the rule applies to players, not coordinators iirc. But @rcc student - just look around school when you get on campus. There's still more than a month before the season starts, and SC2 is huge right now, you shouldn't have any problem manipulating 4+ college guys into playing with you XD.

deciding who gets to play will be mostly up to me. im making sure everyone who wants to play gets to play during the season. for obvious reasons though, the people who always come out to our meetings, practice the most, and communicate the best with me will play more.
On that note:
Saturday the 9th we will be having another team meeting/practice session at 12noon at Resnet (Pentland E100)
Note: if you somehow can't make it to this meeting and did not make it to the last meeting, you for sure will not be playing in the first two weeks of the season. please come :D

Yo, third year Language, pre-med, and current UCR student. I normally play as Terran, but recently started as Protoss. I wanna meet up with other UCR students to discuss strategies, maybe play a bit, I consider myself to be decent, but nowhere near as good as other people. I'd like to join.
