The green is a super soft/velvety bumpy fabric, the rest is regular and patterned fleece. And its about 12-13 inches long. This is 100% handmade by me, its take about 6-8 hours to make one of these guys. I research other plush patterns that have similar shapes that I want and then alter them to fit my needs. There was a ton of back and forth getting the sizes right, its hard to tell what its gonna look like til you sew and stuff it. So a lot of prototypes went to the dog haha. Then I get the pattern right and make the 1st finished prototype and after that they only get better looking and easier to make. I hand sew about 75% of him. That's why it takes soooo long to make one of them. About 6-8 hours with cutting the fabric, pinning, sewing, stuffing, and finishing touches. Equipment I use, is my handy dandy laptop, a ThreadBanger sewing machine (oh yes is called a ThreadBanger, its made by Janome) Misc fabrics preferably ones that don't fray. And I'm a self taught crafter. I have a few books on sewing and crafts, that I get tips/tricks from. Sewing and following patterns isn't hard at all, making custom patterns is tough though, you have to think inside out and backwards. And I think my brain has popped a couple times.
