Man this just isn't my week in the world of gameing SC2, first getting crushed what being brodcasted and now someone hacked my account, I am fairly certain they were after my WoW account and whatever was on there and I could honestly care less about that, But the fact they changed my password and I can't even play on my SC2 account and practice, Just not fun.

Well now I have decided to get something I should have gotten a long time ago a Blizzard Account Authenticator it is only $6.50, but I can't get it until I get my account back. I mean really this is so frustrating. I haven't played a 1v1 since I got knocked out of the Gosu Weekly, Hopefully I have my account back in time for Gosu Weekly #8 and time before hand to meet up with Incontrol for our weekly session and shore up my PvP a little bit. Anyway sorry for ranting.

You are not getting it this weekend.
Call them on monday. Call dropped? Try again.
Try to have as much info on the acc as possible. You will get it back regardless, change passwords and scan your PC, Most common WoW hacks are found by either malware bytes or super anti spyware.

This. My coworker's husband had his WoW account hacked and they both had to spend all day for a good three or four days to finally get things moving.. it was always busy. busybusybusy.

Related story. Me and my GF used to play WoW, and quit in April. So last Monday I decided to take my authenticator off of my account. No big deal. my WoW account has expired and what the heck are they gonna do with my SC2 account?

Wrong. Tuesday I get an email from blizzard "This World of Warcraft account has been suspended" blah blah blah for gold spamming.

.-. So I have my authenticator re-active and I have to verify my account everytime I log into SC2. Which is a pain in the ass. I wish I could enable/disable per game or something.

Yeah this happened to me during beta. I've since added SC2 to it's own separate b.net account.

make sure you update adobe flash and acrobat to newest version, tons of people got their bnet accounts hacked thanks to exploit.

Doesn't bnet have an email password function? Or can the attackers simply change the email address/secret question too?

Can't change secret question IIRC, but if you have a keylogger chances are he has your email password also.

I got it back today a Sunday, And ordered a authenticator and also changed my email address for Battle.net from a email address I have had since 1999 and the same password since then. Anyway its nice to have it back.

Had the same problem recently. Blizzard fixed it for me within 30 minutes. I got an email offering to let me change my password and I did this and the authenticator went away. I went through my match history and somebody played 1 game on my account, but my long dead wow character had been active, likely by some guy in China. I'm 100% sure that's why they stole it.

Bnet doesn't display your sc2 key on your acct management page unlike in sc1/war3/d2. If you go to this support page and select through the menus to account compromised, you will need to either answer the secret question or enter the last 5 digits of your sc2 key. After you do this and submit you automatically get a "change password" email and you can log back in and fix things by changing emails/passwords.
