BJ Penn -- Yes, I think he will rape Frankie the next time they fight. BJ isn't the ultimate winner, but he's still a beast when motivated.
GSP -- Yeah, I don't know who beats him at this weight class until his body starts to deteriorate.
Silva -- I think Chael has a legit chance to win here. Silva seems complacent and Chael is a vulnerable style match-up for him. I'd still take Silva though.
Machida -- Is the man until Shogun recovers, sure. The third match between the two would be interesting now that Machida's style has been twice refuted by Shogun, meaning that Machida will have to make some changes to his game plan. Isn't this the second or third problem Shogun has had with his knee? Who knows if he will return to full strength?
Lesnar -- Brock's still the man here. Cain is fast, but his boxing is so-so and Brock is much much quicker than Nog. How is Cain going to keep Brock off of him?
First off thanks for some quality debate.
Yeah I figured I would get a lot of flak for the Cain pick. It's going to be tough for anyone to agree with me, especially after Brock beating Shane. I think Cains standup is the BEST in the HW division. Shane Carwin definitely hits the hardest, Brock hits hard too, but if were talking technical skills here, Cain all the way.
205 is going to be getting sorted out for awhile while shogun gets his knee fixed again. I just feel like Machida will go on another run to get his 3rd fight against Shogun, I feel that he can handle the pressures of being on top now.
