Im currently in a PC방 in Koreatown , LA. I was curiously browsing TL (...) when i see this cute korean girl sit 2 seats from me. She promptly puts on headphones and CLICKS ON STAR!
I was minding my own business but ya know. when a cute girl is 6 ft from you, you're bound to stare a bit. SOO. what do i see? this cute cute 누나 playing 300 apm zerg. needless to say i shat myself a bit.
my jaw hit the floor as i watched her play. i think she was aware of me watching because after her game (she won) she looked at me and asked ".. 뭐 피료하새여?" (do you want something?)
I shake my head and point to the screen and answer

she nods and logs into B.net west
we play one game on fighting spirit. i lost. badly
i asked her how long she played for. she said 8 years.
 after her hour was up she got up, smiled to me and said "잘노라" and left

Serious question though, is it at all common for Korean girls to actually be good at Starcraft? Like, it's always seemed to me that Tossgirl is the only female SC player that's above C- level. (Though I don't know who among the old female progamers still play/how good they are.)
