http://pages.ebay.com/help/buy/questions/retract-bid.html So you can hope for the best and try and work it out with the seller but if you refuse to pay then you enter a gray area where just about all ebayers stay out of because reputation is very important on the site. | ||

If you don't pay for it, he can file a complaint with ebay or paypal. Usually this will just result in him leaving you negative feedback though. | ||

Just contact the seller and tell him nicely that you made a mistake, and would not be able to use the product in any way from your location, you're sorry but appreciate him offering nice products at a low price. That usually does the trick. | ||
