Streaming BW...

So I've been streaming BW for about 2 weeks now. I got my UStream set up and now I just gotta message Sonuvbob to switch my Procaster stream to UStream on TL. My only problem is that when I play Iccup games, I tend to lag when I start streaming. Is there a way to not lag during games while streaming? Here are my computer specs.

Processor: Intel i3
RAM: 6 GB DDR3 RAM
Harddrive: 1TB
Video card: Intel(R) Integrated X4500HD

I'll also post my Speedtest once I get home (At shool right now).

My internet has never been fast enough to stream while playing, so it's probably your internet. Comp specs are certainly good enough for BW streaming.

Yeah you're computer is fine. It's more than likely you upload speed on your internet connection.

What exactly are the parameters you're using to stream? BW only uses the top-left 640x480 of your screen, so that's all you need to capture. If you're capturing your entire desktop then you're going to get a lot of skipping or lag (either because your computer isn't fast enough or you don't have enough bandwidth). Try setting VHScrCap to 640x480 and make sure FME has an output of 640x480 as well, and see if that fixes the problem. You may also want to tweak your bitrate to something manageable... for something like the average cable home internet user you're safe doing something like 600kbps.which should still look fine.

Back from school and here's my Speedtest.

Is my upload speed just too slow? Also, @ zealing, what do you mean by getting more bandwidth? How would I do this?

@ Excalibur: I'm streaming 640x480 and I have to use Camtasia since I'm streaming BW. VHScrCap doesn't seem to work for me and I'm streaming at around 500kbps on Ustream and 380 on Procaster (Limit is 500 kbps.)

@ Telecom: You can use both Ustream/Procaster. I suggest using Ustream since you can stream at a higher quality given that your computer/internet is good enough. Here are the two guides I followed Telecom.
