I'm having the same problem as OP I think (posting here through a proxy server).

I did netsh winsock reset, rebooted, and it didn't fix it.

I tried tracert and ping also, like R1CH said, and it didn't work. "ping request could not find host teamliquid.net" and "unable to resolve target system name teamliquid.net".

any other suggestions/information needed to make suggestions?
