Need help with my router

Ok, I'm trying to fix this for like 6 hours now and I don't know what else to do:

I got 2 routers: SpeedTouch 585 for W-LAN (which I'm currently using) and D-link DSL 2543b.

The problem is: with the D-link DSL 2543b I can't access most web pages. pokerstrategy.com works, google.de works and a few other, but most don't. Why is that?

DHCP is enabled. If I disable it, the SpeedTouch router works fine. His IP is 192.168.1.254. I enter that as Default gateway and primary DNS server, give myself the static IP 192.168.1.2 and its fine. I turn on DHCP, get 192.168.1.2 and it's fine.

But when I use the D-Link router he just doesn't load most web sites, no matter what i do. Ipconfig /release -> /renew. Repair LAN. I can enter battle.net, my IM works (haven't tested outlook yet).

So what in the name of christ is the problem? I've rebooted my computer several times, I reset the router, it's firewall is deactivated...

I would think that the DNS settings on the D-link DSL 2543b are messed up. Are you trying to use both routers at the same time?

Using both at the same time would not be helpful but it doesn't sound like it would cause this problem.

How can I fix the DNS settings? I cant upgrade the firmware, I deleted all cookies/temporary internet files. I just dont get it, 8000 pages time out but pokerstrategy works. Or google

btw I cant change the IP of the D-LINK router as well, it's 192.168.1.1. If I type in 192.168.1.xxx its not saved rofl. wow this thing really pisses me off

Make sure the DNS settings on your D-Link are exactly the same as your other router. I don't know what else it would be since you said you reset the router, so it wouldn't be randomly filtering things.

There should be an option for DNS settings when you access the gui by putting the address in a browser url bar.

This definitely sounds like a DNS problem.
