A tournament for a game still in the beta testing stage being played by players I've never heard of (Unless Vical is the old khan(?) protoss and Rainbow is  IntoTheRainBOw)OR The grand finals of a BW tournament where two of the most skilled players to ever play this game will be competing for a first place prize of around 35,000 USD.
