I was going uphill on my way home going 80km/h on a 60km/h road and a cop was going downhill and just as I saw him he started to slow down and it looked like he caught me. I then thought to myself "How long would it take him to turn his car and come uphill? Because there was a huge divider between the uphill and downhill he can't just turn his car around right away." So I figured that it would give me enough time to get away ....
I floored it and started going 120km/h uphill and then took my first right, then left, then left, then right into a random persons driveway and parked the car and turned off the engine. In my head I thought "Yes I got away from a speeding ticket!". But just as I turned off the engine the blue and red lights were flashing behind me ...
How the hell did he go all the way downhill and then come uphill and catch up to me ... I'll never know, but this is what he told me when I got caught. "I couldn't get your speed but I knew you were speeding because you were going faster than the other cars that were going uphill. But I see your windows are tinted so I'm going to give you a speeding warning and an illegal mod ticket."
He also asked me if this was my house and obviously my address was on my license so I couldn't say it was so I told him it was my friends house. If someone came out of that house at that time I would have been so screwed for lying to a cop. He told me to follow him to the station and that he would have to talk to someone at the station to check if he could give me a speeding ticket.
In the end I had to go with him because he knew how fast I was going but I'm pretty sure he took me down to the station to scare me because he didn't legally get a record of my actual speed. Good thing is my ticket for that night was only $57.
I raced a cop and didn't get a speeding ticket! lol
Wow cops in Korea sound pretty nice. In Ohio if someone with tinted windows took off the cops would probably pat you down for drugs then take you into the station handcuffed. Cop cars are built to be fast though so I'm not surprised, did he see you go into the neighborhood? If he did, then all he had to do was follow you in and look for your car in the driveways.
You should have just driven home instead of stopping, unless it's a straight shot to your house after the neighborhood you were in he'd probably never end up finding you

lol. The ONE time this was almost happening to me, it as on an even slope on the street so I couldn't even use the wide turns around the area (there were a ton) to head back into my house then run into the back yard to not catch him! I decided to just take it except he tried to clock me for criminal speeding even though he didn't use a radar so I was like lol--I can get it bumped down to civil, F U Copper!

this is just plain kickass, what an awesome cop, only time ive seen one that kickass was when my older brother's friend was going like 70mph over the speed limit (125ishmph, speed limit was 55 it was a highway) and he gets pulled over for speeding, then gets asked by the officer if he had a reason for speeding, he says he just got a turbo put in, officer suggests for him to not make it a habit to drive too fast and just walks away!

Recently when I was just about to enter the highway I noticed a cop car ahead of me on the very right lane of the Highway I was going to merge into. I slammed down the accelerator to push me to 150 on the acceleration strip, passing the cops on the right to just switch into the right highway lane where the merging lane ends. All they gave me was an approving nod. I love Germany.

The reason for this is because cops can't see in when they pull someone over and have no idea if they are holding a gun (Cops will always stand behind the part of the frame dividing the drivers door from the back of the car. If there is more than one cop, the other will usually come up the other side. That way if someone DOES reach for a gun, they can duck behind the frame and can't be shot unless the driver exits the vehicle)

That's what i meant front windows cannot be tinted pitch black only a few states allow that in the US like Nevada, but you can ususally tint your front window a bit just not can't see though from 5 feet away black..
You can get away with tinting your front windows if they come factory like that. I know BMW had a few models where you could order factory glass that was tinted. If the cop cannot peel the tint off the front window it is legal (in Canada).
Fun stuff, I went to the court place where you pay your tickets and I showed the guy my lease agreement which proved I never got tint on my windows and he let the ticket go. ^^
