I guess during the downtime/maintenance, a new feature was added!

Look next to [quote]

Totally awesome, should be useful when making OP's or referring something to someone.

Any other new features added???

That's a nice feature.
Although Teamliquid should not do maintenance at 3AM EST, there are people on at time!
Venture Capital is better off spent on lottery tickets rather than investing in E-Sports; you'll get a far better return. The difference is simple: Koreans are tryharding at the game, foreigners are tryharding in real-life.

The 'All' option was removed for viewing threads longer than a page.
I'm going to sleep, let me get some of that carpet.

Oh wow I really liked the "All" option. It helped for using Ctrl+F to search all the pages of a thread for keywords. I recall that the main site search engine has been overhauled in favor of a more robust one. Can this search engine search through specific threads for posts easily? I haven't really experimented with it.

Me too. I get the feeling that it was simply pulling too much bandwidth from the site ('All' on a 200 page thread to search it for a few comments), it will be missed.

Yeah was gonna ask about it, but R1CH said it caused issues in the larger threads, so they limit it to small threads.

I believe it's for threads longer than 20 pages.

The smaller threads still have the all option, but one of the LR threads that was at 20 pages had the all option, until it reached 21 pages, at which point it disappeared.

The # sign is throwing off my quote micro. I used to just go to the very right side of the bar and I'd be able to click on quote, but now I have to actually move a bit to the left. It's slightly irritating.

Many of us have been using a greasemonkey script for this... but it isn't necessary anymore! It's a useful feature.

I've been using greasemonkey to do this for about a year - glad to see it added. It's really important for mafia games but I used it to show my friend something by IMing him a link just the other day... I don't remember what.

Does it work correctly when posts have been deleted from the thread? Imo it should use a permanent link which redirects to the appropriate page, and not one which becomes invalid once posts are deleted.
Alternatively we could change the paging algorithm so deleted posts don't stay as a placeholder keeping the paging constant.

This would be incredibly helpful. Whenever I search for bans in the ban thread, the TL search function links me to page 645 (for example) when the ban I'm looking for is actually on page 644. It is not too much of a hassle to manually decrease the page by one, but this definitely looks like a flaw in the TL paging system as it is.

Isn't this because search results (in the relatively new system) are frozen after the first pass or something like this? It was mentioned that it doesn't take edits into account.
