yo, as I was playing SC2 my computer crashed and died a bit. Now when I turn it on i get a few bluescreens as it tries to load up windows. One of the bluescreens was about the display drivers my dvi monitor no longer displays anything but my vga one is fine I have tried using windows repair and all that but it doesn't fix it, is there anything I can do without having to reformat or anything?
missed TLO vs white-ra because of this :[

Try loading up in safe mode and remove your video card drivers. through the control panel. To get into your boot menu, just mash f8, or sometimes f5 while booting and it should give you the safe mode option.
You can then try driver sweeper. http://downloads.guru3d.com/Guru3D---Driver-Sweeper-(Setup)_d1655.html
And then reinstall your video card drivers.
When you try the DVI port, does the monitors self test screen pop up and say its functioning correctly, or do you get nothing on the screen at all?

Ok so it turns out I probably fried my GPU thanks to playing SC2 on dual screen with + Show Spoiler +absolutely no cooling what so ever And now I need some cooling and a new GPU. I don't know much about a sufficient amount of cooling, I'm probably buying something around a HD 4850 for like £60, what kinda of cooling would this need? http://www.overclockers.co.uk http://www.novatech.co.uk The above are sites I will be buying from
