just saw this on slickdeals a while ago

So far so good, my facebook "full" pages, and its apps loads in god like speed. Comparing to Scrub-fari, loading a full page of fb probably will take me 10 second at most cuz of the little pictures and little website script junks. The mult-page is pretty good also, unlike Scrub-fari, it loads one page slow like a ass, opening up another tab will pause you up a little.

Some cons I found comparing to Safari.
-no auto spelling correction
-the zoom-in zoom-out has a wrap on text effect, you cant zoom in&out to your liking.
-they dont have the "next" button for when you fill out a form or username and password.

Hm, I've tried it out some, and I don't think the interface is quite as fluid as Safari's, but I guess the speed can make up for it.

Just a heads up: The reason why it's so much faster is that it uses server-side rendering, which means that Opera servers are tracking all of your web activity.

I have a question, I never tried Opera, but how good is it? Is it better then Chrome and Firefox?

Firefox is a bloated piece of shit these days. Literally any web browser is better unless you absolutely cannot live without Firefox's add-ons and plugins.

The new Firefox beta should be a lot better, since it's using the same method of handling services as Chrome.

Not really a fan of Opera mobile on my Droid. Xscope is by far the best Android browser out right now.

I've switched and I love it. My only gripe is that it won't load DivX web player properly, meaning for any video site I browse which uses divx player, I have to use a diff browser.

I haven't tried it out yet, but I'm willing to sacrifice a little of the helpful stuff for more speed.

I'm not too worried about the divix player, but if it is faster then ill gladly give it a try.
