(i would guess its the former). Also, you didn't explicitly say it, but your laptop in the same position (distance) from your ps3 DOES get signal then? Have you at least tried moving your ps3 around? (almost completely doubt that it would fix it, but might as well try the obvious stuff before putting more effort into it) It's vague cause I have no idea either haha. 1. Yes I mean the network doesn't even show up. 2. Laptop is basically right next to the PS3. My laptop is on the floor next to it while the PS3 is on a table right next to it. 3. I tried moving it around but no go. On April 12 2010 04:23 Apexplayer wrote: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zlZ-dHIn-yA&feature=related nah, jk. Have you ever gotten it to work with your current router before? Did it suddenly just stop picking up the signal when you didn't change anything? I don't know what kind of wireless data standards PS3s can pick up. Perhaps your PS3 isn't compatible with the wi-fi signals your router sends out. 1) This started happening a little while ago, I can't remember an exact time frame but it's been a problem. 2) I've always had Comcast 3) It worked on and off but now it doesn't work at all. 4) I used to have an older router and I did not get any wireless signal at all from it. When I switched to a new router I was able to get a wireless signal on both my laptop and PS3. After a while my PS3 stopped getting a signal from it even though I did not change anything. | ||
