There HAS to be someone on teamliquid.net that can help me with this.

I've done some googling and i still cant find the radiator capacity of my 87 ford ranger

one of my T-valves broke and sprayed anti-freeze and water all over my engine, so now I need to refill it, and I dont know how many liters of water/coolant to put in.

there should be a mark in the coolant reservoir, just fill it up to there and let it run for a few mins then open it back up and pour more in until its up to the line again... at least i think thats how u do it.

just fill it till it's full. start the engine but keep the radiator cap off and it'll drain slowly and you just keep filling. don't think it'll overfill, either way i'm sure it has a mechanism to spit out excess coolant.

I am not familiar with the Ford Ranger in 1987 but uh... if it's a V6 and the engine is similar to a passenger car's then you should rinse it with water, then fill it with 1 gallon of antifreeze and 1 gallon of water. For a v8 you might need another quart or so of antifreeze.

The easier thing to do nowadays is fill it up with 50/50 mixed water/antifreeze.

If you have a coolant reservoir do this.

Many older vehicles don't I'm not familiar with pre 90's rangers personally so i don't know, but if there is no reservoir follow mahnini's advise.

just buy a jug of 50/50 coolant, remove the radiator cap while the engine is cold, add as much as u can and start the engine. the coolant level will lower and u will see bubbles. top off the radiator slowly until there are no more bubbles and its just about to overflow (usually there is another container for overflow, if you see that begin to fill then the radiator is full) and top off the overflow to the indicator. add radiator cap

Also, I would replace the radiator cap from the local parts store when you buy the coolant
