If you cheer for Protoss players because you play Protoss. 
Then you would cheer for Stork, Movie and Kal to carry Bisu's spirit.
Of course, when two Protoss face each other, you cheer for the one you have most sympathy for (ie: Bisu in this case) :p
That's my theory lol, even though I am not part of it, since I am a Protoss player and usually I cheer for the Terrans (Nada, Oov, BoXeR, Casy).
...But as a close second, Nal_rA, Stork, Reach and Bisu :D

If Stork and FBH left Khan, I wouldn't give a damn about Khan. Same goes for SKT1 and Bisu. Most people are only fans of a team because of star players, not the other way around.

Much better to play a race which fight with imbaguys who one kill peon while permacloacked, teleport units from oneside to the otherside of the map for a bit of mana and have them cloacked when they arrive, and can build unfuckable warships which throw six hundred little shitty units in your face against which you can't do anything.
Oh, yes, they also have some ugly insect which demolish your whole peon line in two hits, and they are so brave that they shuttle harass your arse without you being able to do anything because your ebay is late. And you can't touch it. And you cry.
