So it's come to my attention that I most certainly have hypermobility of the fingers and perhaps shoulders (more commonly referred to, incorrectly, as double-jointedness). I can bend all of my fingers back past 90 degrees and I used to be able to touch my left pinky to the back of my hand, but can only come within about a centimeter now. + Show Spoiler + Needless to say, this was pretty awesome to me as a kid, but I had completely forgotten about it until today. I've been looking up info about this kind of thing online, but I can't seem to find any definite information on how common it is.
That's where you come in, TL. I want to know:
Do you have finger hypermobilty?
We'll define it as being able to do 2 of the following:
Able to bend each finger back past 90 degrees with minimal discomfort.
Able to bend ring finger laterally over middle finger and pinky laterally over ring finger. Doesn't have to be as perfect as the photo, I can just barely do this and the last joint certainly isn't straight.
Able to touch thumb to forearm.

Untrue, sir. I lack the stretchy skin which is characteristic of that condition.
If I "have" anything, it is Benign Hypermobility Joint Syndrome, although even this seems unlikely as I do not experience any kind of joint pain and the flexibility is basically limited to my fingers.

I can do 2 out of 3 things you posted (can't do the first, but I guess it would be possible with practice). I also possess no less than 2 Nintendo thumbs (even though I've never had any console).

I am unable to get a dislocated shoulder, is that what you were talking about when you mentioned shoulders? I can do 2 of the 3.

Only that I can push my shoulder slightly out of its socket easily (I wouldn't call it a full dislocation by any means) and that I can do this:
Which seems pretty unremarkable and likely within the realm of normal movement. It was under google image searches for "double-jointed" and "hypermobility" so I by that highly scientific reasoning I thought I'd mention it.
