Doubt you know me, however, I don't see why someone such as Rekrul would screw someone out of a bet, so I'd be willing to bet $20, and send you the money first. Should you win, you've already been paid, and if Idra wins, you send me back $40. Not factoring any fees, so just a flat $20 and whatever Paypal takes out.
