When you see guys that have a hobby they reallly enjoy doing, so many people would like to be around them, like I got friends that lobes to make videos and I would love to be part of their projecct. And yeah once you get out of the hole your in right now you'll most likely have the mood to pick up an interesting hobby to do happily without feeling anything holding you back even if it's Starcraft hing will be so much better and I'll doubt you'll feel the way you do now ever again | ||

Give her space, move on with your life and become a better man. When you're ready find her again if you still want to. If you still really want her acting needy to her will only hurt your chances in the future. Embrace the emotions you feel, use them to drive yourself to do things more productive than making emo blogs on tl.net or getting your ass handed to you on ICCUP. Picking up from the "prom" part, I assume you're in the final year of your high school? I had a gf back then (grade 12 in Canada) and she was, on the "records", my 4th gf, but then for her I actually cared about (I kinda just fooled around with the previous 3), but yes karma happens, and she left me around January. I bravely (and stupidly, now that I see it) asked her to prom, and as expected, she said no. Hmmm, great. So, trying to be practical, I drank my ass off for the next few months, and got myself a different prom date, hah. You know, it helps short term to just move onto another girl. But that wasn't the solution to it, as I found out, because I tried to "rebound" with that prom date and it turned out horrible (I basically lost interest because I couldn't forget the previous gf) so that practically, by the time I started university, I was single again. No big deal, there's a much bigger pool at uni, but the fact that I didn't let myself go from the ex-gf really hindered me when I could have advanced further with any of the university girls I met. As it was suggested above, you have to just delete it. If you know that you can't move on easily, then force yourself to do so because if you linger on to a past that can't be amended, then you'll miss out so much on what's to come. Of course, the other solution is... go try the girl again until she either 1) she takes you no matter the circumstance because the feelings is that strong or 2) she gets sick of you and dumps you hard. In either case, you win... I suppose. | ||

when I make a game on iccup, why is it not a "ranked" match. basically why does it not count towards my stats where if I join someone else's game it will count. | ||

A lot easier said than done. I work at a retirement home and we work in groups of 3 at nights. Tonight I worked with these two girls.. both are pretty cute. But I guess they're both taken and and the entire night I just hear them talk about their relationships and what not. It kinda sucks hearing about that the entire night. Heck, even when I first saw her, I was kinda blown away by how cute I thought she was. I had known her last year but never talked to her.. but randomly I saw her this year for something we were doing for History Club, and I dunno why, but that's when I took an interest to her. Then I started talking to her, then everything happened.. it was all so good and now it's not. Again I hate to come off as emo, but I do think letting feelings out is a great thing, rather than keeping them all inside. I have to say.. I'm starting to think this community is pretty sweet. It's awesome to be able to post a blog about my feelings and read it and get a bunch of advice and see that you're not alone, there's people that have been or are in the same situation as you. The fact that I was able to change her mind about that temporarily makes me want to feel good about myself. It makes me want to think that I have something going my way.. she was really set in her ways, but I must have done something right to make her give it a good second thought. However, no matter how much I try to think like that, it doesn't seem to matter. It just kinda leads back to the chance I completely blew. I was talking to a friend about it (<3 jumper) and he said "well even if you had asked her back in December, she still might not have said yes." I want to believe that, I really do.. but I just can't. | ||
