http://malwarebytes.org/mbam-download.php is gonna be the easiest way but most malware blocks antivirus programs from running. If the malware is blocking malwarebytes, try booting into "safe mode with networking" (Press F8 when you turn your computer on). If that doesn't work, a reformat is the a good option or you can try an Ubuntu live CD or UBCD4 Windows. That said, a full reformat is the only way to guarantee that the malware is gone completely.

I've seen RKILL and malwarebytes recommended for problems similar to mine, but the only available rkill download is from bleepingcomputer.com, which the computer blocks. if anyone could send me this i'd give you a virtual high five

Combofix can brick your computer if you use it wrong. As to your OP, have you tried installing Malwarebytes in Safe Mode by transferring the set-up file in a USB?
