So I just saw a facebook group called "Roger Federer is a boring, bland robot" and I instantly thought of netizens complaining about korean pros being boring macrobots. Then I slapped myself.
Oh also I was talking to someone earlier tonight and they were saying "I got As in this blah blah blah and I was B-/C+ in english". If you are on this website you should know what I thought during that last comment.
Anyone else had these experiences?

Love it!!!

It's only boring because every single match that's hyped with him in it turn into him just smashed and pissed all over his opponent.

Yeah, I think if I were to compare Roger with someone from the Starcraft scene it would have to be Savior. He may not be the flashiest player, but you can content yourself in knowing that what he's doing is near close to perfection.

bonjwa is not the definition for someone who just hit 16 grand slams!
he is maybe the ULTRA bonjwa? or the owner of the bonjwa clan?

you fools, bonjwa is what you get when you type federer's name on korean keyboard.

not like sampras or borg were any better. Plus it's fun to watch an all-time great playing the game. Dominance is something to look back on and say 'I was there to watch the GOAT" like people who watched Ali.

Or Jordan. Man, that was art in the making.

Somehow, I always make that comparison myself.

A few years ago I was explaining the importance of watching Savior finals to a friend who watches tennis but doesn't play bw and I explained him in those terms. You don't need to love the game to appreciate technical finesse. We watched the finals and it was awesome.

Hes baaaarely comparable to anyone in sc... since 2004, he's won 15/25 grandslams, been in the finals of all but 4 of those, and has a grandslam match record of (post 2003) 156-10... thats 94% winrate. over more than 6 years, and judging by this aus open, he doesnt appear to be slowing down any time soon either...
I guess if you combine boxer, nada, savior and iloveoov and prentended they were all the same person (switching back and forth during the different peaks), you might get close to just how much federer dominates tennis right now?
