fantasy's nothing special anymore imo
he had his moment, and not to say he's horrible now, but I don't see him making much of a scene in the future

EDIT: Doesn't sniper usually refer to a single matchup? I don't think you're using the term properly.

i basically agree with this, but I think he'll still do well. Probably not well enough to justify his cost though.

Yeah, I should have used a better word, like "Is Fantasy going to be a "Terran Demolition Man" PL(WL)".

Saying "Flash will 4-0 every team" doesn't really tell you anything about whether or not Fantasy will perform well in WL.
I think Fantasy will be better than average but will not dominate, he's more of a player that needs a lot of preparation to win.

Yes, with all his crazy builds fantasy is sure to be a WL sniper, though he's too inconsistent to be a Terran Demolition Man. I don't see him starting off SKT too often, but he should see play.

Well, I think every player needs a lot of preparation to win, but I actually think Flash is not the best example here.
More representative players are Fantasy and Calm actually; both will produce good games with moderate practice, but with preparation, they produce outstanding games.

Although I am a blatant flash fanboy I think Flash adapts a ridiculous amount and would not need as much preparation as you might think. He even says this in one of the interviews when the person asks him about him preparing builds and he says it was mostly adaptation.
And I guess I missed this period of people thinking Fantasy was the best terran, I think even during the last couple of OSL/MSL seasons most people have still known Flash was the best despite falling out of the individual leagues rather quickly. I do expect Fantasy to perform well for his team though, maybe just not like a 4-0ing juggernaut.

Fantasy is still fun to watch, but unless something revolutionary happens in his game i don't think he will the dangerous terran he once was.

Very unlikely, his TvP just seems so outdated and ineffective these last months, and he doesn't strike me as the truly talented player like Flash who can keep up and adapt. I always thought he was overrated.

Dude, Fantasy is so much better than MVP. The guy is probably the best recent silver surfer, right next to Jangbi. Jangbi was a legit dragon even though he is slumping now, too. Fantasy is still number 2 Terran in ELO! Flash is way ahead though, this kind of says it all.

I do agree with this. Fantasy often does better if he has a build that is tailor made (like vs. Stork on Plasma) while Flash showed against Movie that he can just do his thing and respond to all sorts of obscure builds.

I like how this question with a simple yes/no answer gets split into 4 choices and none of the choices cover any of the possible answers
Flash 4-0ing everyone doesn't say anything about Fantasy's record except for KTF/SKT match, ignoring every other match SKT has
For the Yes option, I don't see how "performing well" necessarily means he has to be the best terran. I guess every single player except for Flash is sucking right now and will continue to suck as long as they're worse than flash
For the no option, I don't see why he couldn't perform just OK. If he gets 50% wins, I don't think that would be considered performing well, but it's not necessarily a failure.
It's like, in order to perform well he has to be the best player with 85% wins, otherwise he sucks ass and is a complete failure to society

I don't think he'll be performing any all-kills. He can probably go for 2kills max. He looks like a technical player who digs deep into one match. But I'm not so sure if he can handle playing on the fly without knowing his next opponent and match up.

Fantasy is really not the type of player who excels when raw skill and freestyling are the key attributes. He has shown multiple times how bad he is at adapting in-game, and when he's not able to practise a specific build on a specific map in a specific match-up vs a specific player I think he will fail quite hard. He's gonna suck in WL. At least I hope he will.

Really good ace players tend to make good winner league players. Bisu, Flash, Jaedong...those type of guys. Fantasy is not really a good ace player so he's basically simply going to be a sniper since he can prepare some pretty cool builds and is still pretty good at all matchups.
Personally, I don't care about Fantasy because everyone should know by now that he's not going to do insanely well during WL. Personally, I'm looking out for Really during Winner's League. If he can get his TvZ up there with the rest of his matchups, he'll be a really dangerous player.
