I highly recommend practicing TvZ at d+/c- level to improve Eapm it is also super fun to see how fucking hard it is to move 50-60 rines + sci vessels, I pity terran everytime I play them LOL.

Not too shabby wins going by the records of them. More apm can never hurt unless it's absurd spam, but simply having sound strategies can make you win consistently with toss. 190 apm with toss is hardly restrictive to the point of blaming many losses on it. Just my opinion though.

Whenever I use mnm my eapm shoots up to like 220

So true, but it's also pretty darn hard getting off the right swarms, burrowing lurkers and flanking with lings all at the same time.

Funny, when I was trying to improve my rank the most last year, the week that I put the most effort in to it was when Longinus was one of the MotW's (along with like, Destination and Python, both of which I was sick of), and now it's my best map when I play TvP. :D
