He is so amazing at what he does and is currently one of my favorite DJs, he is great at taking jazz samples and turning it into something that is his own. I don't know why it took me so long to find this guy but thank GOD for samurai champloo(as I probably would've never found this dude).
I have 3 of his albums so far, you can listen to his music anytime of the day, it changes the way you feel and is currently changing the way I look at certain things, that's how powerful it is to me. He adds his own hip-hop feel and recruits underground rappers for his jazz-rap tracks. If you want to look up 1 of his albums I'd suggest listening to Hyde Out - 2nd Collection, I think it's his best album.

Yup he is really good. However as many Japanese things i think he gets more attention than less known people who are also really skilled but don't make anime OST.
i like his stuff, just pointing out that "with rainy eyes" is not made by Jun Seba/nujabes, it is by Canadian artist Emancipator. Nujabes just featured it on his album.
he has been one of my favorite for almost 3 years since i discovered him. after 100th++ listen to some of his songs, i still get new things to understand.
