I honestly don't understand why anyone would want this for any reason. Maybe others know something about women I don't that could make them want to be able to urinate in secret in public places or something?

Hmm, the only reason I could see using this is if I were going camping or something where there were no toilets at all available. It seems stupid but better than stripping off my pants and crouching and then peeing on my own shoes, which is how I've always imagined that goes.
